Baylor Collections of Political Materials (BCPM)
The Baylor Collections of Political Materials contain archival resources related to federal, state, and local lawmakers as well as issues and events from the 20th-21st centuries. Materials in the BCPM are housed in the W. R. Poage Library and maintained by The Texas Collection.
Mission
The Baylor Collections of Political Materials (BCPM) is a center for research and study of the modern American political system. Established in 1979, our collections explore the dynamic relationships between people and government. We seek to collect and preserve materials related to local, state and national governments and to facilitate research of those materials. BCPM provides programming for students, scholars and the general public engaged in the study of representative democracy.
