Use the Collections
The Armstrong Browning Library is a non-circulating research library. All requested items must be used in the third-floor Belew Scholars' Room after registering in the Library Services Center (Room 311). The Belew Scholars' Room is reserved for readers using the Library's materials and Baylor University faculty members and graduate students. An open reference area contains major Browning-related works as well as selections such as The Dictionary of National Biography, the eleventh edition of The Encyclopedia of Britannica, and current issues of periodicals such as The Times Literary Supplement, Victorian Poetry, and The Journal of Victorian Culture.
Readers will be expected to provide a photo ID, complete an Application for Use of Research Materials, and adhere to the Regulations for Use of Research Materials. Communication with library staff about your research needs by emailing abl_office@baylor.edu in advance of your visit is encouraged.
