“My Experience as a Religious Dissident in Russia”
On March 28, 2014, Keston Lecturer Alexander Ogorodnikov spoke to a standing room crowd in the Michael Bourdeaux Research Center. Keston Council Chair Xenia Dennen introduced the longtime Russian religious dissident and Gulag survivor. Baylor Religion PhD candidate Yelena V. Borisova provided simultaneous translation. A lively question and answer session followed as Ogorodnikov shared his experiences. Numerous students, faculty, and guests remained after the lecture to talk personally with the speaker.
