As Manager of Instructional Support, Aleithia leads a team of specialists who collaborate with faculty to make iterative changes and prepare Canvas courses for each new trimester. When reviewing courses, she prioritizes the student perspective and looks for concrete ways to make learning more accessible and inclusive for all learners, including those with disabilities.

Aleithia has worked full-time in higher education since 2013. Before transitioning to the instructional design field in 2020, she held several international education roles, including study abroad advisor and international exchange student coordinator. In addition, she has taught college-level courses in European history, cross-cultural communication, and academic success skills.

Aleithia lives in Oklahoma City with her husband, son, and two tabby cats. In her free time, she enjoys singing in the choir at St. Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral (OKC), trying new recipes, and exploring state and national parks.
