Brenna Bass
- Museum Engagement Coordinator, Mayborn Museum
Brenna Bass supervises the Mayborn Museum’s gallery floor staff, called the Spark Team, and oversees the Mayborn Teen Takeover program, a free STEM program for local teenagers. In her role she mentors both Baylor student workers and area youth, inspiring curiosity, learning, and discovery through museum experiences.
Brenna graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a B. A. in History. She began her career in informal education at Waco’s Cameron Park Zoo as an educator before becoming the zoo’s volunteer coordinator. She joined the Mayborn Museum in 2024 as Museum Engagement Coordinator.
Outside of work, Brenna enjoys cooking, baking, karaoke, and curling up with a good book alongside her cat.
