Jillian Tyler started in her role as Project Archivist with The Texas Collection and University Archives in July 2025 and was promoted to Accessioning Archivist in December 2025. She graduated from Tarleton State University with her Bachelor of Arts in History in 2023. She then attended Indiana University Bloomington to earn her Master of Library Science degree with a specialization in Archives and Records Management. During her time at Indiana University, she worked at the University Archives and with the Modern Political Papers Special Collection.
