Joshlyn Bess

Joshlyn Bess is the Associate Director of Development assigned by University Advancement to support the Libraries, Museums, and University Press. She brings over 15 years of experience in business administration, customer service, professional development, event planning, and fundraising. She enjoys relationship building and has a passion for serving others. With over seven years of experience in higher education at Auburn University, Joshlyn has worked alongside incredible teams at the Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art, The Gogue Performing Arts Center, and the Harbert College of Business. During her time at Auburn, she was able to see transformative gifts create the Gogue Performing Arts Center from initial concepts, to lead gifts, and to opening weekend. In the Harbert College of Business she was able to focus more on corporate partnerships. We are excited about the valuable insights and experience Joshlyn brings to Baylor in building strong relationships and creating effective fundraising strategies.
