Kristen Risinger is an experienced instructional designer with a passion for creating engaging and accessible online courses in higher education. Prior to starting as a Learning Experience Designer with Baylor in November 2024, she spent nearly five years at Dallas Baptist University, partnering with faculty to develop everything from freshman composition courses to graduate-level finance courses, as well as faculty training materials. Additionally, she leveraged her expertise on behalf of a non-profit, creating both an asynchronous and hybrid curriculum teaching entrepreneurship to at-promise youth.
