Lindsey is a Learning Experience Designer at Baylor University with more than a decade of experience in education, specializing in online learning, digital accessibility, and inclusive course design. She values partnering with faculty to design engaging, learner-centered experiences that are equitable and accessible. Prior to joining the Learning Design Team, her experience included K–12 education, STEM education outreach, higher education, and adult professional development for a nonprofit organization.
Lindsey is a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) and an Accessible Document Specialist (ADS) through the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP). She is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Instructional Systems Technology at Indiana University.
Drawing on her diverse background in instructional design, accessibility, and educational technology, Lindsey is passionate about creating learning experiences that empower all learners to succeed.
