Molly Caldera Arroyo has over a decade of experience in higher education service at faith-based institutions in academic technology and instructional design. Molly uses her experience with the creative process to guide educators through course development. She believes that being part of the “breakthrough moment” makes instructional design a rewarding career. Molly has developed and facilitated courses for online preparedness and has received three Quality Matters certificates in quality course review.

In other professional endeavors, she completes graphic and web design projects as well as print and editorial work. In her free time, she enjoys writing, swimming, trying and sharing new cooking techniques, and has begun exploring the many parks and trails in the Pacific Northwest.
