Nathaly Gal has been in higher education for over five years, specializing in instructional design and pedagogical innovation. She supports faculty in creating leaner-centered environments that promote engagement and collaboration. When Nathaly is not working on course design, she is researching and preparing workshop presentations, her specialty. Nathaly hopes that her workshops can inspire others and bring out their curious side. In addition to her research in the field of Instructional Design, Nathaly seeks professional development opportunities through online courses and certificate programs. Most recently, Nathaly has completed courses on course accessibility, Universal Design for Learning, and building learning environments.
Nathaly has an M.B.A. with a focus on project management from Saint Xavier University and also earned her bachelor’s degree at Saint Xavier University, double majoring in Music and International Studies. Nathaly’s diverse educational background allows her to think outside of the box and use a holistic approach.
In her spare time, Nathaly enjoys spending time with her husband and pack of pets; three cats and a dog surely keep them busy.
