Nathaly Gal has specialized in instructional design in higher education for nearly a decade, with expertise in developing graduate online programs using research-driven pedagogical and andragogical approaches. She partners with faculty to create learner-centered environments that foster engagement, motivation, and collaboration.

Nathaly is currently pursuing her doctorate in Instructional Systems Technology at Indiana University, where she also earned a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Systems Technology. She has a strong interest in instructional design research and collaborates with faculty and colleagues on research initiatives that advance both institutional practice and the broader field.

Nathaly holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Project Management from Saint Xavier University. She also earned a bachelor's degree from Saint Xavier University, double-majoring in Music and International Studies. Her interdisciplinary educational background enables her to approach instructional design with creativity, strategic thinking, and a holistic perspective.

In her spare time, Nathaly enjoys spending time with her husband and pack of pets; five cats and two dogs surely keep them busy.
