Sarah is a Learning Experience Designer in Learning Technologies who started in November 2025. She earned her B.A. in Elementary Education and M.A. in Literacy Education from Roger Williams University. She is passionate about engaging students through curriculum built on research and best practice. Prior to working at Baylor, Sarah was an Instructional Coach in a K-12 school system. In this role, her primary focus was training teachers on integrating best practices into daily teaching routines. She worked with teachers to engage students in learning processes and improve the academic experience as a whole. After nearly a decade as an Instructional Coach, Sarah decided to pursue her interest in higher education course development at Johnson & Wales University. As an Instructional Designer, she worked closely with members of the faculty to design, develop, and improve online and on-ground courses. After spending time in the higher education setting, Sarah realized that this is where she’s meant to be. In her spare time, you can find Sarah singing, attending concerts, traveling, and petting dogs.
