Tiffany Ridings

Tiffany Ridings is the Events Coordinator at the Mayborn Museum at Baylor University, where she plans and supports museum, university, and community events while creating meaningful experiences through collaboration and creativity. She recently completed Baylor’s Grow@BU and Lead@BU professional development initiatives and values opportunities to continue learning, growing, and developing as a leader.
Before joining the Mayborn in 2024, Tiffany served as a missionary with Antioch Ministries International in Scotland for three years, supporting communications, fundraising, donor relationships, and community events. She also founded and operated a photography business for 15 years, creating visual storytelling for families, nonprofits, and public figures.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys photography, reading, music, board games, and spending time with her husband, Timothy, and their two boys, Nate and Ranger. She is active in ministry at Antioch Waco, where she serves as worship leader for Selah, a local ministry for single moms.
