Millicent Weber serves as the Data Science Librarian at the Baylor Libraries. She is currently finishing up her Ph.D. in Applied Psychology remotely through Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC), with her dissertation focusing on the relationships among job stress, burnout, and turnover intentions in academic librarians. Prior to Baylor, she served as the graduate assistant across various departments within SIUC’s Morris Library, including reference services, circulation services, and book repair/preservation. She also served as an Associate and Senior Advisor at Applied Research Consultants within SIUC, wherein she provided consulting services to clients within SIUC and the local area on data, statistical, and evaluation needs.
