Molly Caldera
Learning Experience Designer
Molly Caldera has over a decade of experience in higher education service at faith-based institutions in the areas of academic technology and instructional design. Originally from the Saint Louis Metro East area, Molly lived in Chicago for most of her professional career but recently moved to Tacoma, Washington. Molly uses her experience with the creative process to guide educators through course development.
Molly believes being part of the "breakthrough moment" is what makes instructional design a rewarding career. Molly has developed and facilitated courses in online preparedness, and received three certificates from Quality Matters. In other professional endeavors, she completes graphic and web design projects as well as print and editorial work. In her free time, Molly likes to try new cooking techniques from YouTube, and has begun exploring the many parks and trails in the Pacific Northwest.
