Rachel Bates became Event Manager for the Armstrong Browning Library & Museum in July 2022, bringing with her 13 years of experience in the event industry. As Event Manager at the ABL, she is responsible for scheduling and coordinating events held in the Library and overseeing the daily operations of the public areas of the building. She manages the Gift Gallery and supervises the Library hosts and student hosts assigned to the main floors. She also gives tours and oversees the Library when it is open for after-hour and special events.
