Billie Peterson-Lugo began her library career as a reference librarian at the Ohio State University Libraries. She came to the Baylor University Libraries to fill a reference librarian position; however, she always had a strong interest in library technology and over a period of years her career shifted away from traditional reference services to support and services related to library technology. Additionally, she's developed a significant amount of expertise with scholarly communication and copyright support.
